Automatic Meter Reading Collection

In addition to the basics, such as storing device information like serial & asset numbers, descriptions and locations, OneStop has many extra benefits to offer. One of these includes collecting a range of meter counts for a range of paper sizes, something which could prove invaluable to a whole host of businesses.

This data can then be exported to your print management system, allowing all the information to be collated in one place.

Device Status Monitoring

Changes in your device’s status (E.g. An error message) are able to be monitored.
Notifications are grouped into four categories. These are errors, warnings, maintenance and other.
Specific device monitoring periods can be set up.
Emails can also be sent our to alert users to new notifications.
A dashboard view is available which provides an overview of the device’s status, notifications and historical availability.

Consumable Management

Consumable monitoring is available which allows consumables to be delivered for when they are required.
When the level of consumables drops below a certain point, users can be alerted by email.
Once an order is placed, a custom notification is available to be sent to the user.
Order thresholds can vary depending on a range of factors but users will be notified when a new order needs to be placed.
